Designation: Artist Manager

Location: Mohali (Work from Office)
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day business affairs of the artist and provide guidance on professional matters, long-term career planning, and personal decisions that impact career growth.
- Manage all aspects of the artist’s meetings, studio sessions, tour schedules, and public appearances.
- Collect revenues, fees, and other payments as stipulated in contracts.
- Conduct auditions and interviews to identify potential clients and collaborate with artists to develop marketing plans or tour goals for their music careers.
- Initiate and manage relationships with individuals and organizations that support artist promotion, negotiate endorsement deals, and arrange travel, lodging, food, and other logistics for out-of-town performances.
- Book promotional interviews, hire coaches and trainers for dance, voice, translation, and skill enhancement, and handle daily bookkeeping and financial obligations.
- Ensure achievement of revenue targets for assigned artists.
- Oversee video production and content creation for the artist.
- Manage and regulate social media presence and overall growth of the artist.
- Plan and execute marketing and promotional strategies for music releases and film projects involving the artist.
- Strictly follow and implement company and department policies and strategies.
- Handle A&R responsibilities including PR and promotional initiatives, content creation, content monetization with other labels, and social media growth strategies.
