Designation: Executive – Content Marketing

Location: Mohali (Work from Office)

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Build and maintain constructive and sustainable relationships with influencers, monitor event calendars, and coordinate ongoing campaigns.
  2. Identify influencers for brand campaigns and programs that maximize ROI and achieve campaign KPIs.
  3. Handle influencer outreach, negotiation, and contracting to ensure optimal outcomes for the brand.
  4. Proofread and oversee influencer-generated content to ensure adherence to campaign timelines and deliverables.
  5. Compile, analyze, and assess influencer marketing campaign performance for strategic decision-making and improvements.
  6. Share daily updates with client groups regarding ongoing campaigns.
  7. Identify and track new projects in the industry and maintain records accordingly.
  8. Research and identify relevant influencers in both new and existing markets.
  9. Ensure a seamless experience between influencers and the brand.
  10. Prepare and submit weekly and monthly influencer performance reports.
  11. Stay updated with competitors’ latest influencer marketing activities.
  12. Track and log influencer coverage across social media platforms.
  13. Maintain a consistent creative flow across all executed campaigns.

Desired Skillset

  • Proven experience in influencer marketing
  • Good understanding of short-format content platforms, content patterns, and algorithms
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Creative thinking with the ability to identify new trends
  • Working knowledge of PPTs and Excel sheets
