Designation: Sr. Manager – Content Marketing

Location: Mohali (Work from office)
Key Responsibilities:
1.Content Marketing:
- Develop and execute content marketing strategies that align with brand and business objectives.
- Oversee content creation, including video, social media, blogs, and digital campaigns tailored for the music and entertainment industry.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to produce high-quality, engaging content.
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies using data-driven insights.
- Stay updated with industry trends and integrate them into content strategies.
2.Client Servicing & Relationship Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring their marketing needs are met effectively.
- Develop customized marketing plans for clients to promote their music, events, or brand partnerships.
- Coordinate between creative teams, digital strategists, and clients to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
- Provide regular reports and insights on campaign performance to clients, suggesting improvements where needed.
- Maintain and grow long-term relationships with artists, labels, brands, and media partners.
3.Strategic Planning & Execution:
- Work closely with senior leadership to shape and implement marketing strategies.
- Identify opportunities for partnerships, collaborations, and sponsorships within the entertainment space.
- Lead brainstorming sessions to generate innovative campaign ideas.
- Manage budgets and allocate resources efficiently for maximum impact.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience (4-5 years) in content marketing, client servicing, or brand partnerships in the music, entertainment, or digital media industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, influencer marketing, and social media trends.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Experience in managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of content platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Spotify, etc.) and digital advertising.
- Passion for music, pop culture, and entertainment is a big plus.
- Good knowledge of PPTs and excel sheets
