Designation: Sr. Manager – Content Marketing

Area of Work : Client Servicing

Total Years of Experience: 4-5 years

 

Location: Mohali (Work from office)

 

Key Responsibilities:

1.Content Marketing:

  •   Develop and execute content marketing strategies that align with brand and business objectives.
  •   Oversee content creation, including video, social media, blogs, and digital campaigns tailored for the music and entertainment industry.
  •   Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to produce high-quality, engaging content.
  •   Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies using data-driven insights.
  •   Stay updated with industry trends and integrate them into content strategies.

2.Client Servicing & Relationship Management:

  •   Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring their marketing needs are met effectively.
  •   Develop customized marketing plans for clients to promote their music, events, or brand partnerships.
  •   Coordinate between creative teams, digital strategists, and clients to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
  •   Provide regular reports and insights on campaign performance to clients, suggesting improvements where needed.
  •   Maintain and grow long-term relationships with artists, labels, brands, and media partners.

3.Strategic Planning & Execution:

  •   Work closely with senior leadership to shape and implement marketing strategies.
  •   Identify opportunities for partnerships, collaborations, and sponsorships within the entertainment space.
  •   Lead brainstorming sessions to generate innovative campaign ideas.
  •   Manage budgets and allocate resources efficiently for maximum impact.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  •   Proven experience (4-5 years) in content marketing, client servicing, or brand partnerships in the music, entertainment, or digital media industry.
  •   Strong understanding of digital marketing, influencer marketing, and social media trends.
  •   Exceptional communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
  •   Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  •   Experience in managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  •   Knowledge of content platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Spotify, etc.) and digital advertising.
  •   Passion for music, pop culture, and entertainment is a big plus.
  •       Good knowledge of PPTs and excel sheets
